ADHD and self-care don’t often go hand-in-hand, so it was wonderful to speak with Chelsea about some of the challenges that ADHD present on a regular basis. We chat about positives too, including personal strategies, self-love and kindness. Rather than trying to ‘solve’ ADHD, don’t sweat the small stuff and use your positive traits to help navigate the negative traits.

Recharging our batteries is important, asking for help, practicing mindfulness, talking to others and finding tribe.
