From My Lounge to the World (and Back Again)
It’s been a whirlwind few weeks on Season 2 of the ADHDifference podcast and what an absolute privilege it’s been to speak with such an inspiring mix of people from around this wonderful world of ours.
Every guest has brought something fresh to the table. Different backgrounds, different stories, but one thing in common: ADHD. And with it, all the complexity and brilliance that makes these conversations so vital.
If you’ve missed any episodes lately, here’s a round-up of who I’ve been chatting with and why you might want to tune in.
🎓 Noemi Platania – The Netherlands
Noemi is a PhD student deeply involved in refining the DIVA-5 ADHD diagnostic tool, which has already been translated into over 30 languages. It’s been in use for decades but her passion is to improve assessment accuracy to ensure it better reflects how women and girls represent ADHD. There is hope on the horizon! Listen to S2E1 here – Research & DIVA-5.

She’s on a mission to reshape how New Zealand workplaces support neurodiverse minds and we talked about what true neuro-inclusivity could look like, beyond token gestures or surface-level change. Listen to S2E2 here -AuDHD, Thirst for Learning & Creative Drive.
