More ADHD Chatter & Insights

Oh my, I’ve been busy!

As we know, those of us with ADHD tend to live with multiple tabs open, metaphorically and literally. Somewhere between the early-morning 4am wake-ups and a genuine love for curious conversations, I’ve found myself chatting with an extraordinary number of people from around the world in recent weeks. Is it magic? Probably not. Is it joy-fuelled hyperfocus? Quite possibly.

What continues to amaze me is the depth and diversity of lived experience that shows up in these conversations. Each guest brings their own lens, their own story. Together they form a rich, nuanced picture of what ADHD can look like across different lives, cultures, and paths. With two episodes dropping each week, it’s been a wonderfully full season (and I’m only half way through!)

You’ll find all the details over on ADHDifference.nz, along with some amazing ADHD strategies, but here’s a taster of the delightful humans I’ve had the pleasure of sitting down with recently.
