I am really excited to be guest speaking in ADHD New Zealand’s upcoming webinar on 9 May 2024.
If you would like to some background into why I wrote THE MISSING PIECE: A Woman’s Guide to Understanding, Diagnosing and Living with ADHD, what I learnt along the way, and ask any questions, register for the online event here.
The webinar is open to both ADHD NZ members and non-members but you’ll need to register – there is a fee for attending this virtual event. This registration payment helps the organisation to provide ongoing support that is so desperately needed in New Zealand.
ADHD New Zealand is a wonderful organisation that is comprised predominantly of volunteers who offer their amazing skills to provide governance, support and information to Kiwis with ADHD. They are behind the ADHD Research Institute of New Zealand – a collaboration with academics and researchers. For such a small team, they are mighty!
And don’t just take my word for it! Here’s an excerpt from THE MISSING PIECE: A Woman’s Guide to Understanding, Diagnosing and Living with ADHD – Advice to the newly diagnosed:
‘You’ve got this, and on the days that you don’t, you have a tribe of people that will be there to lift you up: ADHD NZ community for adults with ADHD.’ – KELLY
One of the many support initiatives ADHD New Zealand is the very popular ADHD NZ community for Adult ADHD Facebook Page and has around 13,900 members. The organisation also has regular online coaching webinars on a variety of subjects and arrange regional meet-up events.
